Road Hazard Warranty:

YOU MUST PRESENT YOUR ORIGINAL INVOICE SHOWING THE PURCHASE OF THE TIRE.

This Tire Road Hazard Program ("Program") is offered by the selling retailer only

WHAT IS COVERED: This Program is extended only to the original purchaser of the tire(s), and not to anyone who may purchase your vehicle or tires during the term of this Program. This Program covers only the tires sold by the retailer listed clearly on the original purchase invoice, identified by the listed part/SKU numbers ("Eligible Tires"). This Program covers eligible tires for a term of 24 months from the date of purchase of tire(s), or until 2/32" or less of tread remains, whichever occurs first.

WHAT IS ROAD HAZARD DAMAGE? Road hazard damage occurs when a tire fails as a result of a puncture, bruise, or break incurred during the course of normal driving on a road maintained by state or local authority. Nails, glass and potholes are the most common examples of road hazards.

WHERE YOU CAN OBTAIN SERVICE: You must return to the original selling Retailer where you purchased your tires. If you are unable to return to the original Retailer, contact Stadel Volvo at 717-569-1050.

FLAT TIRE REPAIR: If your tire is damaged due to a road hazard as defined above, and can be safely repaired, the tire must be repaired at the Retailer where you purchased your tire (except as noted above). The repair will be covered for up to $20.00 per tire per occurrence. You are responsible for any additional charges beyond $20.00, including but not limited to, balancing, taxes and miscellaneous fees. The Program for this tire will remain in effect for 24 months from the date of purchase of the tire, or until 2/32" or less of tread remains on this tire, whichever occurs first.

TIRE REPLACEMENT: If, during the 24-month term, a tire covered by this Program is damaged due to a road hazard as defined above and cannot be safely repaired, and there is more than 2/32" of tread remaining, it will be replaced by the Retailer with an exact make/ model of tire, if available. If not available, a comparable quality tire will be installed. When a tire failure occurs in the first 12 months of ownership and with at least 5/32" of tread remaining, and the tire cannot be safely repaired, the tire will be replaced by the Retailer with coverage up to 100% of the original purchase price of the tire or the replacement tire cost, whichever is less. When a tire fails after the first 12 months, the tire will be replaced by the Retailer with coverage up to 50% of the original purchase price of the tire or the replacement tire cost, whichever is less. For example, if the original price of your tire was $100, and the tire was damaged due to a covered road hazard in the 18th month of Program coverage, the replacement would be covered at 50% of the original price, $50.00. Under no circumstances will 100% coverage exceed $399.99 per covered tire. You are responsible for any additional charges, including but not limited to, mounting, balancing, taxes and miscellaneous fees.

WHAT YOU MUST DO TO MAKE A CLAIM WHEN AN ELIGIBLE TIRE IS DAMAGED:

1. If you have a tire that has been damaged due to a road hazard as defined above, return to Stadel Volvo.

2. If the Retailer determines that your tire is repairable, then it will be repair as described under Flat Tire Repair.

6. If a tire needs to be replaced and authorization cannot be obtained because the damage has occurred outside of Stadel Volvo's normal business hours, you may elect to wait for authorization or proceed with a tire replacement.
